I had been introduced to NLP about 15 years ago in a pre-employment program that was specifically designed for people experiencing mental health challenges, and having achieved success with this type of approach, it seemed like a good thing to try.  The topics offered were also of a keen interest to me, in particular two tracks - &#8220;Deep Sleep - nlp and hypnosis&#8221; and &#8220;Put Off Procrastination,&#8221; by Michael J.
